Vor mehr als 25 Jahren hat Dirk Uhlenbrock mit einer Berufsausbildung die Basis für seine kreative Arbeit geschaffen. Seitdem fotografiert er im In- und Ausland für Firmen, Agenturen und Redaktionen. Vor einigen Jahren hat er seine Begeisterung für die Hochzeitsfotografie entdeckt.
Dirk begleitet Hochzeiten und andere Events diskret aus dem Hintergrund, wenn nötig ist er Regisseur. Ein besonderer Reiz liegt für ihn dabei in der Mischung aus Reportage- und Portraitfotografie, aus Planung und Spontanität. Das individuelle, persönliche Hochzeitsportrait zu arrangieren und zu inszenieren, liegt ihm genauso wie unbemerkt aus dem Hintergrund den besonderen Augenblick einzufangen. What started as an apprenticeship more than 25 years ago has become a fulfilling career in photography. I have worked with agencies, editors, and companies both in Germany, my home base, and abroad. Recently, I discovered a new found passion for wedding photography, where I am able to help capture forever the beautiful moments on that special day.

As your wedding photographer, I will be your discrete partner, and when necessary, your director. A special attraction lies in the mix of reportage and portrait photography - from the arrangement of individuals, the couple, the settings to spontaneously capture from the background.
